Hi, I'm Eric Recker.
Dental Practice Owner. Chaos Reducer. Life Maximizer.I help medical entrepreneurs eliminate chaos, find clarity, and reclaim what matters most.
I’m not your typical practice consultant.
I’m a dentist who built and ran an 18-person practice while chasing accomplishments, battling burnout, and trying to prove I was enough.
After nearly losing it all to chaos and overwhelm, I discovered a better way.
Now I help other medical entrepreneurs reduce chaos and find clarity without sacrificing what matters most.
So how does a former endurance athlete and dental practice owner end up coaching other medical professionals to reclaim their lives?
Here’s how we can partner together.
Speaking I help folks identify and eliminate the chaos holding them back from the life they want.

Let’s end the chaos and start building a practice (and life) you love.
I spent years believing I wasn’t good enough, trying to prove my worth through endless achievements:
- Completed multiple Ironman triathlons
- Rode across Iowa three times (250+ miles in a single day)
- Conquered a 7-mile open-water swim
- Climbed Mount Kilimanjaro
- Completed 29,029 vertical feet in 36 hours (climbing the same mountain 13 times)
- Managed a thriving 3-doctor, 18-person dental practice
- Served on multiple boards
- Led international mission trips
But the finish lines never brought the satisfaction I was seeking. Instead, they left me with:
- Ignored chest pains and heart palpitations
- Debilitating panic attacks
- Strained relationships
- Constant chaos
- A life that looked successful on paper but felt hollow inside
The turning point came on top of Mount Princeton in Colorado.
Standing at 14,000 feet, a revelation hit me: “If you don’t know why you’re climbing the mountain, you’re not going to find the answer at the top.“
That moment began my journey from chaos to clarity. I spent the next seven years rebuilding my life around what truly matters.
Faith, family, and helping others avoid the same pitfalls.
Today, I still love a good challenge, but I do it with purpose and presence, not to prove my worth.
Now, I help other medical entrepreneurs reduce chaos in their lives and practices so they can build success that doesn’t require escape.
Why work with Eric?
